Today properly stays with me

Thank you for coming to see me today. Thursdays are an odd day — tired pre-weekend for some, oddly relaxed for others — the room atmosphere shifts person to person. That you came to Kyoko on a day like that meant something. The long conversations, the quietly settled stretches, the laugh that slipped out by accident — all of it stays with me.
