A cheat-meal day

Evening. Properly wet day. The humidity beat me — I caved and switched the AC on. So good I'm not turning it off. Thank you for the booking yesterday. The fact that you remembered me meant a lot. We bonded over that yakiniku place — I'll do a food-diary post next time I'm there. Inspired by another shop, I tried recreating their cheek and pepper dish — sauce: doubanjiang, grated garlic, ponzu. The shop did ponzu with grated daikon. I might buy the proper grater. How's your night going? Hoping it's a rich one. Next shift: tomorrow, Friday 22nd.
